Orders may be placed online or in-person at our Red Hook, New York location. In-person payments may be made by credit card, debit card or check. Online orders are processed through PayPal which allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including your PayPal Balance, credit card, debit card, bank account or PayPal Credit.  With Bill Me Later financing offers from PayPal, you get the flexibility to pay in full or spread out your payments over time.

Pickup and Delivery Options

During the checkout process, you'll be able to choose from local pickup or delivery.


Local Pick Up in Red Hook, NY.

You can place an order for an in-stock product online and pick up your purchase the same day (during normal business hours) at our Red Hook, NY location. Best of all, local pickup is completely free. Simply make a purchase online and select Free Local Pickup as your shipping option. Same day local pick is not available for any custom order or special order products.

Delivery by Bayhorse

If your purchase is too large or too heavy for you to pick up on your own, you can choose to have it delivered to your home or business by Bayhorse.  We have a basic delivery rate of $75.00 plus $5.00 per mile.  The distance in miles is measured in a straight line from our Red Hook, NY location to the shipping address on your order.  During the order entry process our system will provide a price for delivery and present your delivery location on an integrated Google map to ensure accuracy.

If you require a delivery beyond 350 miles from our Red Hook, NY location, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. 

Reschedule a Local Delivery by Bayhorse

If you need to reschedule a local delivery by Bayhorse, please contact us at least two days before the confirmed local delivery date. If we do not have at least two days notice, there will be a $25 fee to reschedule the delivery for a later date.

Direct Delivery from our Amish Builders

Builder-direct delivery allows us to offer a wide variety of custom order and special order products with the same level of service as if your purchase was delivered directly by Bayhorse. Purchases delivered via builder-direct delivery are sent straight from our builder to your location at no extra expense.

Return Policy

Bayhorse is proud to offer quality Amish-made products offering great value to our customers. Products received in good condition are not returnable. No refunds are available.

Each product is thoroughly inspected throughout the build and preparation process to make sure it is received in good condition. A final inspection is performed at the time of delivery to a customer's location or pickup by a customer at our location in Red Hook, NY. If you choose to pick up your purchase from our Red Hook, NY location, we also encourage you to inspect your new Bayhorse products before you take possession.

If you discover that an item is damaged, either at the time of delivery or pickup at our Red Hook, NY location, please report the damage to the Bayhorse delivery team or a member of our staff. For sheds, gazebos and other buildings, Bayhorse will arrange for a qualified repair technician to come to your location and correct the damage. For outdoor furniture and decor, Bayhorse will repair or replace the item. Bayhorse will either repair or replace the damaged item, as deemed necessary, and at our sole discretion.

If any repairs are made to a Bayhorse product by anyone other than a Bayhorse repair technician, we will not be responsible for repair or replacement of the product. 

Viewing Orders

Information about a Bayhorse order may be viewed using our Order Information Form. You will need the Order ID, Billing Last Name and the Email Address or Zip Code associated with the order. You do not have to be a registered user to look up your order using this form.
Your Account Information

If you have registered as a user on our web site then you may log in at any time using the "Log In" link on the menu. Once you have logged in The "My Account" link on the menu will provide you with access to your account dashboard listing your basic contact information and newsletter subscriptions along with your default billing and shipping address. Additional links provide access to your basic account information, full address book, orders, billing agreements, product reviews, product tags, wish lists, newsletter subscriptions, store credit and gift cards.
