Specifications:
Two Pressure Treated 4x4 timber skids form the foundation runners for 6' & 8' wide storage sheds Five 4x4's pressure treated timber skids from the foundation for 10', 12' and 14' wide storage sheds. Next we put 2x4's on 16" centers for floor joists and covered with 5/8" plywood flooring. We frame the walls and roof trusses with 2 x 4's on 16" centers, then we attach 1/2" sheathing on walls and roof. The roof in shingled with 240 lb. asphalt roof shingles. The side walls are covered with vinyl siding. The soffit, fascia, and trim are covered aluminum coil stock for a mainenance free storage shed. The Mini Barn comes standard with 1 window and double swing doors. The Saltbox, Cottage, Quaker and Dutch Barns are standard with 2 windows, with shutters and double swing doors.

 

Site Preparation:
4" of item modified Stone Base 12" larger than the size of the shed. Use pressure treated 4x4 or 6x6 timbers around the perimeter or stone base. Level stone even with the top of Timbers.
